Catalyst Program Awards

Maximum Award $40,000

MassCEC and MTTC are pleased to announce an open invitation to apply for these awards.

The Program's primary intent is to stimulate the commercialization of clean energy technologies developed in the Commonwealth.

Awarded funds are used to demonstrate the feasibility of technologies in specific industry applications in order to obtain increased industry and investor interest.

The deadline for submitting a proposal is April 1, 2013.

Eligible applicants must be either a:

• Principal Investigator ("PI") at a Massachusetts-based nonprofit research institution; or
• Massachusetts-based early stage clean energy company with no more than $1,000,000 in combined equity financing and grant funding, and have four or less employees.

Student groups are welcome to apply with some restrictions (outlined in our guidelines).
