Application to Present

Early-Stage Life Sciences Technology Conference

Presenters must meet the following criteria:

Your recently formed company

is developing biotechnology products, related services or commercially applicable technologies;
has core technology that was licensed, or is in the process of being licensed, by a nonprofit research institution in Massachusetts;
has not received a first round of professional venture capital (though you may have received grant funding or angel investments); and
is actively seeking capital investment, a corporate partnership, or both.

You are a principal investigator or a technology transfer officer at a Massachusetts-based research organization, and you have a technology that could be the foundation of a new start-up company.

Conference Application
In addition to completing the following application form, all applicants must submit an executive summary or company overview. The application form and your summary or overview must be e-mailed, in Word format, to mattcenter@umassp.edu by March 14, 2005. Please include in your file name the name of the company or principal investigator submitting the application.
