MATTO - Joint Invention Administration Agreement Format
MATTO is pleased to announce that it has finalized and approved a joint invention administration agreement (JIAA) format for use by all MATTO institutions.
The JIAA has been made possible by the efforts of Joyce Brinton working for MATTO, and the participation of the following MATTO institutions during its development: Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston University, Brandeis University, Brigham & Women's Hospital, Caritas St. Elizabeth's Medical Center, Children's Hospital, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Harvard University, Joslin Diabetes Center, Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, Massachusetts General Hospital, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Northeastern University, The Schepens Eye Research Institute, Tufts University and the University of Massachusetts.
The JIAA is available for download here:

Many are provided by nonprofits and offer free information. Others are managed by for-profit corporations providing services on a fee basis, in addition to offering free information.
